Payment
Payment is confirmed manually during the first launch. An order is not prepared until the payment method, amount, and confirmation are reviewed by Rare.
Shipping
Shipping cost and delivery timing depend on the customer location. We confirm delivery details before the order is prepared.
Returns & exchanges
Return or exchange requests are reviewed manually. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Some requests may not be accepted after preparation or delivery confirmation.
Product images and sizing
Product colors, fit, and details may appear slightly different depending on screen, lighting, and production. Customers can ask for help with sizing before payment.
Privacy
Customer details are used only to review the order, confirm delivery, and communicate through WhatsApp. We do not sell customer information.
